PUBLIC RECORDS REQUEST FORM

For requests for documents per the Colorado Open Records Act (“CORA”), C.R.S. 24-72-101 et seq.

This request form is for County records only. Records for Court cases including divorce cases and criminal cases are not kept by Mesa County. Please contact the Court directly for copies of Court records.

*Note: The governmental entity is allowed three working days to process requests starting the first working day after the request is sent; or up to ten days if extenuating circumstances apply.

*Note: Documents cost $0.25/page plus $30/hour after the first hour. For large requests, prepayment may be required. An estimate will be given to you if the amount will be over $30.00.
