Request: The applicant is requesting the addition of two batch plants for asphalt and concrete as an amendment to the existing CUP for the Orchard Mesa Gravel Pit. This request would also allow reprocessing and recycling of waste concrete and asphalt. All other existing CUP conditions in place since 1994 for the Orchard Mesa Gravel Pit are to remain unchanged. Access to the facility will remain through the Mesa County Landfill property.
