- Select / Enter the record date to search.
- Click Search.
- Enter the Reception Number (Clerk File Number) as one contiguous number without spaces or hyphens.
- Click Search.
- Select the book type. (Like General Reception)
- Enter the book number (Like 35625)
- Enter the page number (Like 223)
- Click Search.
- Select the document type to search by.
- Select/Enter the beginning date range.
- Select / Enter the ending date range.
- Click Search.
- Select a Vitals type.
- Enter the date range you wish to search for. (Date is Event Date, ie Date of Birth, Death, Marriage)
- Optionally choose a name to narrow the search down.
- Click Search.
- Select a search option.
- Enter a name last name then first like "Sparks, Shelton"
- Name must be at least 3 characters long
- Select / Enter a beginning date range.
- Select / Enter an ending date range.
- Click Search.
- Select Contains or Begins With.
- Enter the Case Number.
- Select the document type or category to search by.
- Select/Enter the beginning date range.
- Select/Enter the end date range.
- Click Search
- Select Contains or Begins With.
- Enter Legal Description
- Select the document type to search by.
- Select/Enter the beginning date range.
- Select/Enter the end date range.
- Click Search
- Enter a name last name then first like "Sparks Shelton"
- Name must be at least 3 characters long
- Select a category of documents to search.
- Select / Enter a beginning date range.
- Select / Enter an ending date range.
- Click Search.
- Enter the Lower dollar range. (Like 101000)
- Enter the Upper dollar range. (Like 105000)
- Select the beginning date range.
- Select the ending date range.
- Click Search.
- Select Contains or Begins With.
- Enter the Parcel ID Number
- Select the document type or category to search by.
- Select/Enter the beginning date range.
- Select/Enter the end date range.
- Click Search

Note:When searching, remember the broader the search, the more hits. For example, if you type in Smith Bill but the name as shown on the document is Smith William, it will not be included in the Search Results.
